ROLE: Graphic Design, Art Direction and Music Strategy Campaign

Icarus, is the fourth album by rapper BK' (Abebe Bikila). Which has as its concept, the reinterpretation of the myth of Icarus. Greek mythology warned us about the danger of attraction to bright lights. Icarus, attracted by the sun, escaped the labyrinth, but flew so high that he burned his wings and fell from the sky. Two thousand years later, the myth repeats itself. The pursuit of power and success can take us to new heights, and the lights that burn at the top can also spell our undoing. We decided to retell this mythological story, but now set in current times. And to immortalize this updated version, we used the same means used in Ancient Greece to tell stories, but this time, with contemporary tools. The graphic project started from the point that connects Rio de Janeiro, the city where BK' was born, to Ancient Greece.

ROLE: Branding and Visual Concept

Vernaculity is the main concept of this visual identity, manifesting itself graphically through the use of shapes and against shapes, creating a direct parallel between the relationship with nature (represented by content) and Vernacular Architecture (represented by geometric shapes). The visual system embraces the idea of ​​natural lack of control, with mutable and variable elements, reinforcing how geometry works as a function of content, an idea also represented in the brand's typographic design. All graphics were made from the semicolon that accompany the name of the office, conceptually suggesting that the city and nature can coexist if there is dialogue between the parties. The chromatic choice also seeks to reinforce vernaculity through the use of colors present in Brazilian fauna and flora.

Nego Bala, was born and raised in Boca do Lixo, São Paulo, with limited opportunities. He lived on the streets, giving in to paths that looked closer and more attractive, a life of crime, but found in music his way of freedom. Half of Da Boca do Lixo tracks were composed while incarcerated at the ages of 11 and 19 years old. The desire to release a full album gave him the strength to keep dreaming of a better future, even in the darkest of times. The graphic project highlight's Nego Bala's paths, showing the key moments of his life, from Art Direction to Social, 3DS, and Graphic Assets.

The Invincibles" was an introductory initiative for pets within Apple’s longstanding corporate value of “accessibility for all”— defined by Apple as technology must work for everyone, helping users do what they love in the best ways for them. “Shot on iPhone” is an unvarnished product-demonstration campaign. While the iPhone camera is celebrated for its beautiful images, Apple had never before featured the innovative LiDAR scanning technology. Starting on Nat’l Dog Day, "The Invincibles" organically spread across social, broadcast, and OOH platforms, touching millions of hearts worldwide.

Cine Brasília is a traditional Brazilian cinema, located between blocks EQS 106/107 of Brasília, in the Federal District, composing what Lúcio Costa idealized as a Model Block. Today it represents a rarity: cinemas outside malls and large cultural complexes. A true cultural heritage. Our visual identity transforms the colors of the films into graphics. Our conceptual narrative is based on the multiple ways of looking. Every look is unique, and every look that watches a movie at Cine Brasilia is unique. A visual identity that does not have a defined color palette, and that is renewed with each new movie in theaters.

Os Garotin, a musical trio formed by Anchieta, Leo Guima and Cupertino, is a musical group that brings the soul of Soul Music, the essence of MPB and the energy of R&B, all framed by an atmosphere full of feeling and groove. The visual project sought to highlight the roots of the group's musical essence, making reference to pioneering bands from this territory, such as Banda Black Rio and even more contemporary ones such as Silk Sonic. The graphics bring a connection between the past and the future, with reddish tones and classic ornaments, we create a cozy environment similar to a Jam Music, The art direction of the images bring the narrative of the "Brazilian vibe" which is always happy, head on. upright and with a smile on her face. The identity translates all the group's references in a simple, culturally relevant and proprietary way.

Coala Music is a Brazilian music brand, in addition to artist, producer and studio management, Coala holds one of the biggest gatherings of Brazilian popular music every year, the Coala Festival. The visual identity connected to all aspects of the business in a contemporary look, with image, proprietary typography, 3D and iconography.

Bala Desejo is a Brazilian band of bossa-nova, indie pop, tropicalist music, pop rock and MPB. Formed in 2021 by singers and composers Dora Morelenbaum, Julia Mestre, Lucas Nunes and Zé Ibarra, and idealized by the Coala Festival, Bala Desejo received some of the most importante music awards as the Multishow Award for Brazilian Music and the Latin Grammy, in addition to participating in festivals such as Rock in Rio and Coala Festival. The band's visual identity is directly connected with the cultural references of the members, and seeks to update concepts already presented in the past, mainly in musical styles such as: Bossa Nova, Tropicália and Pop-Rock by the Jovem Guarda.
